  • Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
  • Please report any order shortage or errors within 24 hours of receiving shipment so that we may promptly correct the situation.
  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible and we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at orders@quadnutro.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know the specific changes that need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the requested changes.
    • Well that all depends on what you have in mind! Our manufacturing process does allow for custom orders, but this would be on a case-by-case basis. Please contact orders@quadnutro.com for further inquiry.

      • For large drop shipments please contact our Partner Support at orders@quadnutro.com to arrange for offline payments.
        • If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
          • Your order was never actually placed and processed.
          • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

        • Standard orders ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). At Checkout you can select your preferred delivery method and timeframe. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.         • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Quad Nutro has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Quad Nutro has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Quad Nutro is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
