Refund policy

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange your Quad Nutro Products.
Here's what you should know:
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
Nutrient additives cannot be returned once they leave our warehouse unless they are proven defective for any reason.
Upon obtaining authorization to return a product, return the product freight pre-paid to Quad Nutro Products Inc.
Please report any order shortage or errors within 24 hours of receiving shipment so that we may promptly correct the situation.

If your Quad Nutro Product has a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace it for you at no cost.
